The Timiskaming Drug and Alcohol Strategy (TDAS) aimed to address drug and alcohol use in the Timiskaming region through a professional brand package and website that communicated their commitment to prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and community safety.

Over the course of 7 months, we enhanced TDAS’s outreach and communication efforts by establishing clear messages, developing robust marketing strategies, and crafting comprehensive communication plans. Our services included providing a complete brand package with a new logo, curated iconography for marketing materials, and a custom WordPress CMS website. This platform allowed the staff to effortlessly update content and share key messages seamlessly, ensuring the brand identity conveyed responsibility and minimized substance-related harms.

The brand identity for TDAS was thoughtfully created to convey responsibility and community engagement. The new logo and iconography were infused with symbols representing the core values of prevention, harm reduction, and community safety. The visual elements were designed to be easily understood and engaging, with each component carefully selected to reflect the initiative’s commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for the community.

The refreshed brand identity for TDAS has succeeded in creating a strong and recognizable presence that resonates with the community. The carefully chosen typography and colour palette, combined with thoughtfully designed graphic elements, ensured consistency across all communications. The project reinforced TDAS’s mission and equipped them with the necessary tools to effectively engage their target audience, making the initiative a reliable and influential presence in the Timiskaming region.

A custom WordPress CMS website was developed upon completion of the brand. Enabling their staff to effortlessly update content while facilitating seamless sharing of their key messages. Features included, Language Selector (English, Français), News and Events Feed, Reports and Statistics, and Local Supports Directory. The project was a resounding success, reinforcing their mission and equipping them with the tools to engage their target audience effectively.
